Neem Oil – EC formulations
- Neem pesticide / insecticide formulation is a neem based botanical product that contains Azadirachtin as an active ingredient.
- Neem EC formulation contains Azadirachtin ranging from 300 PPM to 50000 PPM
- Azadirachtin is found to be very effective for over 300 species of insects and pests.
Neem based pesticides are best among other pesticides due to following properties:
- Neem insecticide is a natural product, absolutely non-toxic
- It is 100% bio-degradable and environment friendly
- It is completely safe for humans and beneficial organisms like honey bees and earthworms
- It can be mixed with other synthetic pesticide and also enhances their actions.
Neem Seed Oil does not knock-down insect instantly but it affects them by changing their behavioural and psychological response, making pests non-resistant. It acts as follows:

- Apply as soon as pests are observed for better results.
- Apply during immature pest stages.
- Under high pest population, chemical application is also required.
- Use it in every 10-15 days depending upon the requirement.
- Ensure proper mixing, before application.
- Avoid storage of spray mixtures. Mix a fresh dose for every application.
- Sprays during evening hours are preferable.
- Store it in a cool and dry place away from heat and open fire.
- One year from the date of manufacturing if kept under normal storage conditions.
It is non-toxic to rats, mice, rabbits, guinea pigs, spray operators, cattle, birds, aquatic organisms, honey bees and fish.
